New web site address for OAPBA

We received a press release from the Orlando APBA Association’s PR department (aka Rod Caborn):

The “New Web site for the Orlando APBA Association (OAPBA) is www.oapba.org.  With Apple’s discontinuation of MobileMe and its Web site capability, OAPBA has adopted WordPress blog formatting until league member Rod Caborn can get better acquainted with orchestrating graphics and inserts.

It’s a real loss for OAPBA, but hopefully the Web site, in its more robust form, can return later in 2012.”

Take heart, Rod.  WordPress is pretty feature-rich.  It’s what The APBA Blog uses as its blogging platform.

Meanwhile, it looks like Rod and OAPBA have already gotten started on their new site.  Check it out.

Thomas Nelshoppen

I am an IT consultant by day and an APBA media mogul by night. My passions are baseball (specifically Illini baseball), photography and of course, APBA. I have been fortunate to be part of the basic game Illowa APBA League since 1980 as well as a frequent participant of the Chicagoland APBA Tournament. I am slogging through a 1966 NL replay and hope to finish before I die.
