Kilg.us is still free. Are you using it?

imageWith the new MLB season upon us, I started getting my daily emails from Kilg.usI’ve written about Kilg.us before but in a nutshell, it’s a web-based baseball player tracker.  It gives you a chance to group MLB players together in logical group and follow their stats on a daily basis.

You can view their stats from the previous day’s boxscores in one convenient table or you can look at their season-to-date totals too.  For APBA players, this comes in handy for those in APBA leagues.  Kilg.us does allow you to create separate organizations if you have teams in more than one league.

Kilg.us gives you the option to send the daily linescores of your players and pitchers to your inbox.  For those in leagues where all managers are using Kilg.us, you can share stats with fellow managers (note: I haven’t tried this.  If anyone has, let me know how well it works).

Since many of my players from last season have changed, I had to update my rosters.  The process isn’t too difficult and once it’s done, I get a good glimpse of how my team is doing in the majors at one glance.

Best of all, Kilg.us is still free.  You’ll need to register, of course but you can start adding organizations and players right away.

I am an IT consultant by day and an APBA media mogul by night. My passions are baseball (specifically Illini baseball), photography and of course, APBA. I have been fortunate to be part of the basic game Illowa APBA League since 1980 as well as a frequent participant of the Chicagoland APBA Tournament. I am slogging through a 1966 NL replay and hope to finish before I die.
