Red red red…

is it too red?

I’ve been thinking that the APBA Blog’s site background was beginning to look a little too pale white so I added some color.  Comments welcome.  Also let me know if I broke anything (always a distinct possibility) in the process.

  1. When I had the window wide, it was really red! I narrowed it up to where the horizontal scroll bar disappeared, and it looks pretty nice.

  2. Ya, for most people who use a 1024 wide resolution or more, it’s really distracting. I’d ditch it.

  3. yeah, I’m beginning to agree with you two. I might look into a nice gradient background.

  4. Yes, that red is way too bright! Very tough on the eyes! I think a subdued blue (grayish blue) would look nice and be less distracting. I say blue because it’s a color I associate with APBA baseball. The back side of the baseball cards are blue and historically it’s been the most dominant color on the baseball game boxes.
