2019 OAPBA All-Star Book released

A sneak peek of the OAPBA All-Star Book

Hot off the presses, the 2019 OAPBA All-Star Book reads like the Baseball Almanac I used to check out of the library when I was a kid.

This publication includes the best of the best from the Orlando APBA Association. In short, it includes the year-by-year lists of OAPBA MVPs, Pitchers of the Year, Relievers of the Year and All-Stars.

As usual, Rod Caborn adds a lot of flavor too. I enjoyed his article about Greg Maddux who wasn’t lucky enough to be part of a winning team despite his dominant pitching.

OAPBA’s history dates back to 1988 so there is a lot of league information packed this document. Read it here.

thanks, Rod!!

I am an IT consultant by day and an APBA media mogul by night. My passions are baseball (specifically Illini baseball), photography and of course, APBA. I have been fortunate to be part of the basic game Illowa APBA League since 1980 as well as a frequent participant of the Chicagoland APBA Tournament. I am slogging through a 1966 NL replay and hope to finish before I die.
