This is my first reading on one of Jim’s articles. It is safe to say he has a passion for his work. Kind of makes my updates feel stuffy.

Nice to have a Bobby Dernier sighting.

  2. as a Phillies fan it’s great to hear Lefty tossed a no-no especially against the Mets!

but 10-0? so unrealistic, the Phils never scored more than 1 or 2 runs whenever Carlton pitched :-)

  3. Thanks Tom!..Thanks Scott!…By the way..I’m one of your biggest fans, Scott!…And, I’ve been a fan of Tom’s work since finding the blog!

    All the best fellas!
