Phils take it all in Rod Caborn’s 1915 NL replay

After finishing the 1915 American League replay, Rod Caborn has finished the NL side.

Things weren’t quite as close in the National League. The Philadelphia Phillies swept the MVP and Cy Young awards and that helped them to a 105-49 record, a full 16 games over the second place Pirates.

MVP right fielder Gavvy Cravath led the league in homers with 35 and rbis with 123 while batting .285. Cy Young honoree Grover Cleveland Alexander had an incredible 34-8 record with a 1.38 ERA and 35 complete games.

Take some time and read Rod’s well-documented recap of his NL 1915 replay. Nobody encapsulates the details of a replay better! Those who are interested in starting a replay should read Rod’s “Getting ready for the NL replay” section for helpful hints.

thanks Rod! Congrats on yet another replay in the books!
