There have been multiple calls by APBA fans for a comprehensive list of pitchers who were rated A&C or A&B. I don’t claim to have that list but Pastor Rich Zawadzki got me started with the pitchers below.
Let’s consider this a working list. If anyone knows of any more such pitchers, I’ll add them to this list.

FYI In the 1902 Reissue Frank “Noodles” Hahn was just an A, but John Taylor from the Cubs and Gus Dorner of the Indians were both A&C starters.
The Noodles Hahn card is from the Original Franchise All-Stars and is in fact an A&C.

I did not doubt the rating, I was just pointing out that the reprint of the cards gave him a lower rating. I would bet several pitchers had their ratings change in both directions.
I would love to find out if APBA does a redo of the 1984 set if Rick Sutcliffe gets bumped to an A starter.

no doubt there will be pitchers who will have disparate ratings on different sets. I’m not going to sweat the details.

Blue and Wood were A’s in the original 1971 set. May still have the cards in my garage.
