Held Saturday July 22nd in the Lancaster, PA. area.
Unusual rules to determine best teams and managers. Must be able to combine two teams with 558 winning pct or below from the same division in the same year. Basic team (team set) with 20 players and 6 additional pick-ups (3 pitchers & 3 position players) from the same division.
