J-Rod goes #1 in AAAL draft!

The draft reports are starting to filter in. After hearing from Rod Caborn’s OAPBA’s draft, I have gotten a report from Steve Stein (you know, the Card Computer guy). He fills us in on the AAAL draft.

Steve reports:

We have 36-player rosters and all the players on APBA Go are available.

(Note: a few standouts like Spencer Strider and Oneil Cruz are already rostered.)

I know members of our Illowa APBA League is paying close attention to these drafts. We’re getting together in the Chicago area on February 17th for the 2023 IAL annual draft.

Good luck in 2023, AAAL!

Thomas Nelshoppen

I am an IT consultant by day and an APBA media mogul by night. My passions are baseball (specifically Illini baseball), photography and of course, APBA. I have been fortunate to be part of the basic game Illowa APBA League since 1980 as well as the BBW Boys of Summer APBA League since 2014. I am slogging through a 1966 NL replay and hope to finish before I die.

One Comment:

  1. How did Verlander end up with all of the rookies?
