While the Illowa APBA League was drafting and playing last weekend, the Transcontinental Baseball League were busy building up their teams for the 2020 season. They held their 2020 draft on the same weekend as the IAL.
And once again, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. was the top choice.
I have mentioned before how I watch certain leagues because they have similar rules regarding drafting and player eligibility as the IAL. I think the TBL is pretty close. Consider the first five picks by the TBL:

Four of the top five picks match those of the IAL (Alvarez went 7th in the IAL and instead Sandy Alcantara was chosen second).
