I get off my butt and upgrade the Illowa APBA League’s website

It’s been a few year’s so the Illowa APBA League’s website was in a state of disrepair.  Last week, I took some time to spruce it up, add some new content and upgrade it with some bells and whistles.

Take a look at illowaapbaleague.com now.

The IAL has been around since 1975 and fortunately, we have stats for each year.  The IAL History page is therefore a key part of the site.

From there, you can view all-time leaders, our league Hall of Fame (with stats and bios for each inductee) and Yearly Standings going back to our inception.

Future projects include improving the method of displaying our historical player and pitchers stats.

I’ll try to keep it more up-to-date in the future, I promise.

I am an IT consultant by day and an APBA media mogul by night. My passions are baseball (specifically Illini baseball), photography and of course, APBA. I have been fortunate to be part of the basic game Illowa APBA League since 1980 as well as a frequent participant of the Chicagoland APBA Tournament. I am slogging through a 1966 NL replay and hope to finish before I die.
